Sorting products and the Stock / turnover column

How to sort products by turnover and what the colors and values in the Stock / turnover column mean.

What the "Stock / turnover" column shows#

In the products table, the Stock / turnover column combines two pieces of information:

  • Stock — the current number of units sent by your store.
  • Turnover — an estimate of how many days until the product sells out, based on the last 30 days of sales.

Turnover is derived from your sales pace: units in stock divided by the average daily sales over the last 30 days.

Turnover badge colors#

The turnover badge is colored by how quickly stock will run out:

  • Up to 14 days (red badge) — running out soon, consider reordering.
  • 15 to 60 days (orange badge) — average stock level.
  • More than 60 days (green badge) — stock lasts a long time.

Instead of a number of days, you may also see:

  • No data — your store didn't send a stock value for the product.
  • No recent sales — the product is in stock but hasn't sold a single unit in the last 30 days.

Sorting by turnover#

Click the Stock / turnover column header. The table sorts by turnover; click again to switch the direction (ascending ↔ descending).

  • Ascending — products with the shortest turnover (running out soon) are on top. Useful for reordering.
  • Descendingslow movers (longest turnover) are on top.

Above the table there's also a Stock filter with three options:

  • Selling — products that sold at least once in the last 30 days.
  • Not selling — products in stock but with no sales in 30 days.
  • Hidden in store — products marked as hidden in your store.
