How to connect reviews from Heureka and Zboží.cz and what you'll see in the Sentiment section — customer satisfaction, product ratings and replying to reviews.

What the Sentiment section is#

Sentiment shows you what your customers think — we collect your reviews from Heureka and Zboží.cz, match them to specific orders, customers and products, and combine them with data you already have in Margly (revenue, margins, carriers). You'll see:

  • average rating, how many customers recommend you and the satisfaction split,
  • product ratings linked to revenue, margin and ad spend,
  • carriers by delivery satisfaction,
  • topics from review texts (delivery, packaging, communication, price, quality, returns),
  • a review inbox where you can reply directly.

Zboží.cz — works automatically#

Zboží.cz reviews ("Verified by Customers") are collected automatically through your Sklik (Fénix API) connection — no extra step needed. Just keep Sklik / Fénix connected. Shop and product reviews start appearing after the next sync.

Heureka — three keys in one card#

In Integrations → Heureka the card has three columns. Reviews use different keys than conversion measurement:

  1. Shop reviews — the “Verified by Customers” key

    In the Heureka admin open Verified by Customers → questionnaire settings and data and copy the secret key. It is a different key from conversion measurement. Paste it into the Shop reviews column in Margly. With it we load shop reviews and you can reply to them directly.

  2. Product reviews — the key from the export link

    In the Heureka admin find the product review export (Verified by Customers). The link looks like …export-product-review.php?key=XXXX — copy the part after key=. Paste it into the Product reviews column. We load ratings of individual products and match them to your catalog by EAN.

  3. Done — data fills in on its own

    Once you add a key, we download the review history right away and keep topping it up automatically every day. Heureka CZ and SK are two independent connections — if you sell on both markets, add each key separately.

Replying to reviews#

You can reply to shop reviews straight from Margly — in the Sentiment inbox or from an order/customer detail. The reply is sent to Heureka and waits for the platform's approval. Product reviews can't be replied to (the comparison sites don't allow it).

Where you'll see the reviews#

  • Sentiment (left menu) — the full satisfaction overview, carriers, products, topics and inbox.
  • Overview — if a review is waiting without your reply, we flag it in the Growth plan.
  • Order and customer detail — you'll see a specific order's or customer's review right there.

FAQ#

  • I can't see the Sentiment section. Check that your business country is the Czech Republic or Slovakia (Settings → profile). Outside CZ/SK the section isn't available — the comparison sites don't operate there.
  • Heureka reviews aren't loading. Make sure you pasted the Verified by Customers secret key, not the conversion key — they are two different keys.
  • Product reviews are missing. Check the key from the export link (the part after key=) and that your products have an EAN — we match reviews to the catalog through it.
